New President Radios Harrison II & George II
When will we finally get some news on the two new President radios? The Harrison 2 has been on their website for eons marked as coming soon. So, what does “soon” mean in President’s world as 18 months plus is not soon in my book. Maybe the component shortages are to blame but I hope President stick with it and deliver this radio.
The Harrison 2 has a super large screen and is packed with plenty of features including CTCSS and DCS tones and codes which is a most welcome addition. The big question here is “how much” will it cost? The only other President radios with CTCSS and DCS tones and codes are the President Randy 3 in the CB range and the President Lincoln 2 Plus in the Ham Radio range. When this radio is released that will bring the total to 3 out of the current line-up of 14 radios to include this feature.

There are also fake images of a President George 2 going around which look like a Grant 2 with a badly photoshopped USB socket on the front. It looks like they have grafted it onto the mock-up screenshot that someone else has produced of the display. No official news of this Radio as yet but please make it President, we need some new radios, it’s been too quiet!
